Terms and Conditions

Reservations
If you book a tour with Marrakesh Travel Services (referred to in these terms as “we” or “us”), you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of you and all other persons using our services in accordance with a booking made by you.

Booking procedure & payments

Once you have agreed on the specified itinerary and the stated price, we will create a detailed itinerary and an invoice with payment details. Your booking will be confirmed after we have received the first 100% deposit on your invoice. We accept payments by Visa, Master Card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Changes to your booking

We will make all possible arrangements for your booking at no extra cost. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your request in writing. Again, we will try to accommodate you, so no additional costs. However, we can not guarantee this. If, for any reason, you are unable to make changes to your booking, you have the option of continuing your originally booked arrangements or canceling and paying the cancellation fees listed below.

Cancellation policy

Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your travel arrangements in writing. The cancellation fee is based on the number of days we received your written cancellation confirmation prior to departure. If you cancel:
• Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for full refund

Unforeseen circumstances

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your tour or trekking. Should such an event occur, we will refund the amount you have already paid us, including the down payment. However, we are under no obligation to pay you extra compensation. Unforeseen circumstances include natural disasters or nuclear disasters, war or danger of war, riots, terrorists, fires, adverse weather conditions and others

Special wishes

Any special requirements that are important for your booking (dietary, medical, wheelchair accessible or others) must be communicated to us before you book in writing. We share the information with our distributors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If we can not fulfill special requests, we will inform you in writing before booking your trip. Please tell us your preferences when booking (locations of hotels, bed configurations, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate all your wishes. No compensation will be paid if such requests can not be met

Insurance

We do not offer insurance. It is your responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for illness, cancellations, lost luggage, delays and other cases.

Our responsibility

We assume liability if part of your travel arrangements do not match the details of your booking and do not conform to the appropriate standard. We will pay reasonable compensation (limited to the maximum amount paid to us for this portion of the travel arrangements), unless there is no fault on our part or by our sales partners. Please note that we are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, damage, death or loss incurred during your trip.

travel documentation

You are responsible for ensuring possession of the valid required travel documents. Your passport must be valid 6 months prior to entry. It is the sole responsibility of the Travel Participant (s) to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met prior to travel.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We are fully responsible for taking reasonable security measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality you provide us with when booking. Your collected information will be used to make reservations at hotels and other third parties, if necessary to complete your travel arrangements. We pass your diet, medical or other disability information to the partners required to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for you. When you book with us, you agree that this information will be shared with all relevant persons

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our service, please contact your driver / hotel / tour guide immediately, who will fix the problem immediately. If this is not possible, please contact us in writing.
